To whom it may concern

My name is Ali Khaninejad. I am writing this letter to explain my purpose in applying to the University of Lagos in Medicine and Surgery or Nursing Sciences. My priority is studying Medicine and Surgery. Because of my educational backgrounds and my deep interest in Nigeria and University of Lagos as an international University, I decided to keep on my education in this university.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the Zahedan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. And I have 7 years’ experience of working in clinics and hospitals of Qom.

I heard University of Lagos provides it’s students with a variety of international education opportunities including intensive English courses, and English classes instructed by native speakers. I had many opportunities to develop my English skills and explore my interest in foreign cultures by actively participating in classes and activities organized through my studies.

I want to improve my English skills in order to be able to communicate with people of different cultures. And develop my studies in the field of my interest.

I got familiar with this university by my relatives in Nigeria. I am applying to University of Lagos for several reasons. First, this university has high rank 3 in Nigeria. It shows high level of education and well-known professors. Secondly, this city has a great Weather, and life expenses are low. Thirdly because of it’s international harbor and airways, i am interested in this university.
